Prepare for Measurement: Find a well-lit area with a mirror and grab a millimeter ruler or a tape measure. If you have an existing pair of sunglasses that fits you well, it can be helpful for comparison.
Measure Your Face Width: Start by measuring the width of your face. Place the millimeter ruler or tape measure across your face, from the top of one cheekbone to the top of the other.
