The EyeWearThese Extended Product Warranty is an optional extra warranty for eligible glasses and sunglasses.
It gives you 1 additional year of cover after the standard 2-year manufacturer warranty, giving you 3 years total cover on the selected eligible item.
The warranty is provided by EyeWearThese.com and does not affect your statutory rights.
When buying eligible glasses or sunglasses, you may be offered the option to add the EyeWearThese Extended Product Warranty before adding the item to your basket.
If selected, this adds an extra year of warranty cover after the standard 2-year manufacturer warranty ends.
This means the selected eligible item has:
2 years standard manufacturer warranty + 1 additional year from EyeWearThese.com
The extended warranty applies only to the specific item you choose it for. It does not automatically apply to every item in your order.
You can select the warranty on eligible product pages before adding the item to your basket.
The warranty option is unticked by default, so it is only added if you actively choose it.
If you are buying more than one eligible item, you can choose the warranty separately for each one. For example, you may add it to one pair of sunglasses but not to another.
When selected, the warranty will appear under the relevant item in your basket, checkout, order confirmation and order details.

The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects only during the additional warranty year.
This means it is designed to cover faults caused by a manufacturing issue with the selected glasses or sunglasses item.
The EyeWearThese Extended Product Warranty does not cover:
The warranty applies only to the eligible frame or sunglasses product.
It does not cover prescription lenses, lens coatings, lens upgrades, prescription changes or prescription-related issues.
If there is an issue with prescription lenses, this will be reviewed separately by our support team.
