What is our returns policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your sunglasses or glasses for whatever reason, we operate a 30-day full money back guarantee, even for unwanted goods. Please note that this does not include customised products such as glasses with prescription lenses or sunglasses with prescription lenses.
Return your product(s) for exchange or refund, no questions asked, as long as the product is unworn, untampered and in its original case and box. Contact us by email within 30 days of receipt at [email protected] to confirm you wish to cancel your purchase. To return an item, products must be in the same condition we sent them to you.

Once a return is received, a refund will be processed within 7 days of the item being received, typically 48 hours.
Please note that once an item(s) has been dispatched from our warehouse we cannot alter, amend or divert the shipment until it has either been delivered, whereupon you have up to 30 days to return for exchange or refund as per the terms above, or, the item(s) has been returned-to-sender and is in our possession.

Prescription Eyewear: Exclusion from Return Policy

Please note that eyewear with prescription lenses is excluded from our 30-day return policy in accordance with EU law. Since these lenses are custom-made to match your specific vision requirements, they are considered personalized items and cannot be reused or resold once crafted. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription eyewear, except in cases where the lenses are found to be defective or incorrectly manufactured. We highly recommend double-checking your prescription details before placing an order to ensure accuracy. Our customer support team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your prescription eyewear.

How to return the order?

To return your order you must follow these steps:

  1. E-mail us on [email protected] with your order number and inform us about your return.
  2. Re-pack the products you want to return safely and securely. Be sure to return only unworn, untampered and in its original case and box.
  3. Include your name and invoice or order number within the package.
  4. Locate the nearest post office and send your package as a registered mail to the following address (keep your receipt for the postage):

  5. Send us an email with scan or photo of your postal receipt as a basis for a postage refund.
Return Policy

Refunds and replacements

  1. Once we have received the products and can confirm that they are unopened, sealed and in the exact same form as we sent them to you, these will be refunded, replaced or given a store credit
  2. If you request a refund this will be processed to the original purchaser’s credit card.
  3. VAT will be refunded to all orders sent to an EU destination.
  4. Returns can take a few weeks to be handled by post.
  5. Cost of shipping your order back to us by registered mail can be refunded to you as :
    • transfer to your PayPal account
    • bank transfer
    • discount on your next order
